it appears to be trichocereus cuzcoensis as far as I can tell.
could be wrong though. If it is, the potency is pretty mild.
I couldn't tell you much more.

why not just make tea? If you extract with citric acid
the taste isn't bad. Nausea is a minimum & I've never
seen anyone have a problem with not having it work.

the young spines are yellow on Cuzco's

  and yep it looks like a Cuzco.  I have both kinds here and my real torch the new spines are red and the older ones are dark brown/black
