i am definitely falling into the hypochondriac category..but then again, every time I go to a doc I never get a firm diagnosis. It's usually, "you look fine but if symptoms get worse, come back" .

I have been getting back/side/lower abdominal/groin pains(the apples and banana) lately and I went to a free clinic today. I was there for 11 hours since I have no insurance and they took some blood work and piss test. Oh, and I got tested for chlamydia with thee ol' swab in the peehole. I was cursin up a storm during those rough 10 seconds! I will get results in a few days and if there is no visible problem then I guess I'm just losing my mind! I am leaning towards kidney infection though

But yes, constant paranoia is a horrible way to live.

i'm at the point where i just make lists of all the symptoms i have and categorize them into what I think the disease is that they fall under - it's strenuous, and I want to get better, but I'm at the point where it's like .. fuck, is there anything actually wrong with me? i think stress is the biggest catalyst in the whole god damned affair - so that's what I'm targeting the most.

stress certainly can cause some pretty abnormal feelings. I though I was having a heart attack on a few occasions due to some shitty stress/anxiety attacks. My bones and muscles ache when I get stressed..even when I dont really think i am

it's weird because I know stress plays a HUGE effect in my well being, but I also know that there has to be something physically wrong with me as well, but I can't quite figure it out. there's a term for that - i just can't remember it.
