Overcoming jealousy

Jealousy is a really horrible thing, but I must admit I cave to it's power a lot...Sometimes I can't help it, I just get this feeling inside that consumes me like a virus and I start feeling really shitty. I fight it and find my inner balance eventually and it subsides, but I've gotta know if there are any keys to overcoming it as it's building within you. I know that it's something everyone has or does struggle with and it's probably the one thing I need to change the most about myself. I'd really appreciate some great advice! You people know what you're talking about haha :smile:

jealousy is just another aspect of our being , make peace with it but dont embrace it by acting it out
