Hopefully some actives
    #11195254 - 10/06/09 07:09 PM (8 years, 1 month ago)

Habitat:
Florida, under a large tree, growing straight out of the ground, near a large pile of woodshavings and horse manure (not sure if that has any effect)and it hasn't rained for about a week

Gills:
White gills

Stem:
about 1 to 3.5 inches in length, white, solid, thick/hard, half inch or less in diameter, smooth texture

Cap:
The biggest one is just bigger around than a quarter, the smallest it a younger specimen, its about as big around as a dime, the color is the exact (or very close) color as the gold crayon without the sparkles, there is a small dip in the center of the mature caps, the center is a little darker, the younger specimen has a rounder cap, almost acorn shaped, with a darker center, all mushrooms have verticle lines around the outside of the cap

Spore print:
Working on it the mushrooms were picked 10 minutes ago

bruising:
No apparent bruising yet

The only camera i have is a web cam and the quality is really bad so i will post pics in a few minutes, hopefully the description is good enough
