For those of you who mastered Lucid Dreaming....

Do you noticed a better short term and long term memory?...

My intuition tells me it would do so...

I would categorise my dreams into two rough categories, and I find them symbolic of two distinct mental states.

Uncontrolled dreams that will often feature worries or concerns I am currently facing.
Or lucid dreams/attempted lucid dreams which will convey my desires or hopes. Things in life I would like fulfilled.

I used to view my dreams in far more complex ways. But I find this simple version to suffice.
