if we get busted can they take our homes,cars and such?
and can anyone explain this

No "Bulk amount" of a controlled substance means any of the following: An amount equal to or exceeding thirty grams or ten unit doses of a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance that is or contains any amount of a schedule I hallucinogen other than tetrahydro-cannabinol or lysergic acid amide, or a schedule I stimulant or depressant;

Yes. It happens most often when people are selling drugs in their car. Probably also happens to grow houses sometimes too.

so if i grow 6 plants in this
 and one tub of mushies
 and get busted for anything .thell take my house.even if they have no evedence that i dealt

Likely not, but yes, it is possible.
Best to either not cultivate/manufacture, or not get caught.
Why would they have evidence that you dealt if you were only growing for personal use?

i figued they would say the giant zip lock bags used to store syringes and such in are for dealing u know more charges the merrier

It depends where you live. Some places have laws against taking your means of survival like your house and car (if it's your only car), other places do not. Obviously if you have a Ferrari and multi-million dollar house it's possible to force you to sell them and buy a trailer/pinto. Again really depends where you live.

if they bust you for a grow, it's manufacturing, they can seize anything you own under the RICO Act, if there are outstanding loans they cant since you're technically not the owner
