things for execution that are one time costs like the building of a

Its not bullshit. The costs of appeals and the like are very real and they are part of our current system.

If you want to advocate for no appeals on a death sentence then that's a different issue. As it stands now, an execution is more costly then life in prison.

and they're very much a part of most murder trials regardless of whether
the death penalty was given or not, they simply choose not to include
their cost in non-capital murder stats

they juggle numbers and statistics to show how much those costs are,
it's just more bullshit. the upfront costs of trials and such are higher
by about 38% but over the long term it's far more expensive with
lifetime incarceration

I put 10-20.

But I guess it depends on the situation.

If you kill multiple people for fun you should probably be worked to death
