Right now we're trying to brew up a 11th anniversary special. Sporeworks will be eleven years old on Oct 10th. Wow...

Probably not specifically for edible cultures.... however:

We have been known to do this really neat "trick or treat" special for Halloween every year. In this special you can always request edible or gourmet mushroom culture material, rather than asking for spores for microscopy. Our shipping office does a pretty good job of honoring these requests, even when we sell stuff at deep discount. This may be a good way to get your hands on a few edible cultures for a bargain. Typically this special doesn't run until the last week or two of the month.

Ps. mexicana may be another week or two in coming. We're working with fresh material now and we want to ensure the specimens are up to our standards.

Sorry for the delay on this one... but you might also consider taking a look at Psilocybe galindoi (galindii) var. Georgia ATL#7 Large Sclerotia(TM).
