That's just sick.
I used to work with adult developmentally disabled people.
One of the guys they sent me to work with was a pothead! All I really had to do was cook him dinner and keep him company. Onetime I come over there and he's locked out on the balcony in his boxer shorts. When I open the door he comes in and says he locked himself out smoking a blunt. He also listened to Cyprus Hill.

I never smoked with him out of fear of repercussions. (okay I wont lie I did a couple times, but he offered).
The way I view it, born with his handicap he is entitled to it.
He wasnt severely handicapped or a downsy or anything; he was one of those guys who was perpetually in the mindset of a 14 year old.

One time I was tripping on acid at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.
There was a field trip of like 25+ kids with down syndrome. It was crazygonuts.
