ok i read about it on here but everything requires special lids and stuff.. i want to know if i can make one with,,, 1 pint jars with lids, honey, syringe, cooking pot.. i dont have no self healing lids or anything like that.. can i still make one and if so how? thank you

You can. But it works better with a fancy lid, that's why we make them.
Really you can just stick the needle through a poyfil puff and withdraw solution like that. Higher chance of failure, you should probably make a backup jar. And always test each syringe if you do it like that.

In all honesty a self healing lid is not that hard to make, my friend. A simple trip to your local automotive store can open up a world of wonders. If you go to your local automotive store you can find a RTV gasket sealer in the aisles. It is made for sealing shut gaskets on car parts, withstanding high temps and pressure. If you want just private message me and I will send you a very simple technique on LC lids and jars that will have you flowing in no time. If you really are pressed for money I can show you another simple way to make LC without a self healing lid. It's not as effective but it can breed results. I still would recommend the minimal and surprisingly easy effort it takes to make a self healing lid and great LC!
About the pint jars I would recommend one quart jars as this will be easy to deal with a easier to agitate the mycelium. Also, honey will work but I would recommend Karo Syrup as it will allow you to see contamination's easier and mycelium growth much more clearly. You also won't need a pressure cooker with the way I can provide you. I would always recommend a good lesson in liquid culture than beyond multispore, your results and experience will grow enormously from it; so it's obvious you are on the right path.

I just haven't made a tek yet with all the pictures and such organized; I have been meaning too. I find that in the benefit of new comers it is a smart idea to experiment with LC and understand the basics of mycelium growth. Maybe within the night I will feel motivated enough to put the tek together & if not, you can surely look for it posted/updated here in this thread Doc by tomorrow =]
