Any idea what these are?

Found these outside this morning. Perhaps they are pervasive, but I rarely see mushrooms. Southeast US:

Nice finds!

Please include a detailed description in the future.
Also, see this for information about how to make a proper ID request: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5731447
I'd say this might be Boletus bicolor, but given the poor quality of the image and the lack of any further discription, I'm not gonna put my money on it.

Why do you say that? That's quite a silly thing to say. Most bluing boletes are also good edibles. Only very few are actually going to give you gastrointestinal problems and none are deadly poisonous.

I never said any were deadly..
Most Bluing Bolets are bitter and not first choice when it comes to table fare...
Thats why I said what I said.

Have  a great day!

That's complete nonsense. Xerocomus badius for example readily bruises blue on the pore surface and it's one of the best edible boletes out there.
Please stick to facts in this forum.

No intent on jacking this thread .. But in response to the question...
The conditions this Summer have been less than favorable.. The last few weeks we have finally rolled into our wet season and things are starting to shape up..
Ill post some recent pics in the next day or so:wink:
