so i had this wacked out dream.

in it this god loving bible thumping idiot told me that his friend had been (sadly wasting) taking blotters, and by dipping them in kava (i have no idea) that after a day a purple reaction would occur and the acid would dissolve. so what this idiot would do is take tons of blotters (where did they all come from again?) and do this to get the acid off. why?

well according to idiot number one when a dj spins sound on top of these wiped out blotters (being a dj myself im not quite sure how this would be possible but hey watever its a unique dream), like a sheet of blotters then it would create crystal clear sound, a distinct sound......none other theeeennn!>>>>>> Ambient Music. LOL.

and idiot one told me this is how ambient came to be.

so i told him he was a bullshittin idiot until i woke up from such stupidity.

Do you DJ?

If so.... I would find some good kava, preferably fresh.....

And then take some acid and drink kava, you could probably even disolve the blotter in the kava juice too ( i would eat the paper as well just to be sure )

And then, lay down some grooves, record it all............ see what happens.

Brian Eno created ambient music in the mid 70's after getting smashed by a cab in new york city (he literally had to hold his brains in his head until the ambulance came). He woke up in the hospital and was greatly inspired by the beeps and melodies of the medical equipment around him.

This is really interesting :laugh:
I've had a few dreams where I was in search of e, or some other psychadelic type drug that came in pill form, and when I was going to take it, it would turn into a CD, and I had to find a stereo and play it to make the effects of it work on myself.. It would often allow me to fly, or like air walk quickly, or jump-high and slowfall.. or be really physically resistent/strong.. this theme has been reacurring lately again.. though the last few times none of the drugs i've had in my dreams have been doing anything to me when I do listen to them/ingest them.. 

I tend to wonder if the psyhadelics are somehow interacting with our dreams, and projecting themselves as different symbols, like Music for example-Being the powerful, creative, ultimately the foundation (vibration-sound) of all existense that it is(so to speak).. :o? Guidance in our quest inward and onward..
