lots of small casings or a few large ones?

Hey Guys, thanks in advance for all the advice.. and belated thanks  for all the previous advice.  I've been reading on here for many years.. and am ready to take my dabbling to the next level. If one was to spawn 25 pints of wbs to bulk (tenn stud.. say 50 lbs).  Would you guys recommend that that person do 5-10 kitty litter box size casings? or like 25-30 smaller tin foil cake pan type casings?  Assuming the person doing has had about 3 successful wbs cake efforts, but feels very comfortable.  Contam wise, would they be better off with more smaller ones?  Is the cumulative yield similar since the total substrate weight is still the same?  All fruiting would take place in a martha closet.  thanks!-

i hear the myc breaks down the almunium and puts holes it it
so plastic would be better if you did small ones
and what is gonna be your substrate depth

I would say it may bee just easier , maintenance wise to just go large rather than a bunch of small.Substrate : anything over 4-6 iches is counter productive, so surface area of substrate is still going to be the same I would immagine, unless you get alot of side pinning on all small casings.

I was thinking of going right in the middle of the 4-6 range...5ish.  5ish, after casing, should be about sixish.  He just ordered a bunch of High mountain compost to compare the tennstud to it, so there is definitely no shortage of substrate/bulk.  What he wants to ask, is it counter-productive to do monotubs if he's already gone all out and built a perfect martha closet?
