Good Food Combos?

Certain things like betacarotene are best absorbed in fats, so eating an avodaco with carrots would be a good combo
They say Brocoli & tomatoes go together well
Any other good food combos?

Your thinking about it too much. There is plenty of water in your body to absorb that vitamin C. Avocado also has emulsified fats, which are already water soluble, and is still mostly water.
Having some olive oil on your greens is good for absorbing some of the fat soluble vitamins, but your body does a pretty good job regardless. Eat what makes you feel good.

Why wouldnt the VitC be absorbed? The vitC will be absorbed in the water and the betacarotene in the fat, its not a choice of one or the other.

As for food combos, it more about YOUR digestive tract than anything else. But many things hold true for most people.
If I eat fruit after a heavy fatty/protein rich meal I will get gas. If I eat fruit 20 mins before I am fine.
Find what works for you.
