These oysters?

Hey, are these all oysters?  No other information, but the wiki says there's no poisonous lookalikes in N. Am., and these actually look good to eat, just wanting some confirmation?

They all look like Pleurotus ostreatus to me.

Except in this photo there appear to be some dried out polypores in the background.

Is it normal to have to do a spit test or spore print before eating these fresh white ones?

It is not a bad practice.

The spores should be white, off-white, creamy, or yellowish.

The flavour should be mushroomy.
