Yucca / verm jars. Only 2 or 3 colonized out of 7. Growth looks kind of like mycelium, and is growing at about same rate as rye / verm jars:

mycelium, if the cobweb matured it will like turn black and gritty looking or something like that

yeh it looks good.but those diamond ridges makes it hard to tell
