Can i Do this with my syringe

ok im gonna inoculate 10 1 pint jars... i will only have one 10ML syringe i was going to put between 1 - 1.5 ML per jar... if i get down to 1ML can i suck some clean distilled water into the syringe and bring it up to 2 or 3 ML and shake it real well and use that?? cuz i know theres thousands of spores in there and you only need 1 spore to take over the hole jar so i was wondering if i can do this?? or could i use 5ML and add 5ML of clean water and save it for my next experiment??

yes it would work...but you would to get it in a halfpint jar and fill it up with water.... pc...it ..and use a glove box as well and you should be able to stretch it.

Just use a few drops to make an LC instead.  And use that to noc up all 10 jars.

for every 100ml.. of water ,use 1-1/2 tspn of karo....(vanilla corn syrup) or honey....PC for 20 min...at 15 psi...then noc...

use the search function. LC is very common and you will yield multiple results. shouldn't take that long to get an answer. way quicker than asking us
