question about maturing caps

please no negative posts about "you should have search stop wasting bandwidth" i did a search and couldnt find exactly the right answer and im in a super hurry this morning about to go to work. one of my caps is definately ready but the rest of them definately have another day or 2. will it damage the others growth if i pick the one mature one early? thanks for the help

You need to be careful not to disturb any of the other mushrooms, but I'm pretty sure it's fine to grab that one...

It just makes the next flush come along that much faster.
The little ones aren't going to grow much, and they won't get any more magic. There's no reason to leave them, you might as well harvest them all once the caps start to open. (Unless you are making prints).

Search engine will have hundreds of pages on "when to harvest".

Not necessary.  Pick the fruits as they're ready.  Some strains fruit in nice well-defined flushes, and others toss out individual fruits whenever they feel like it.  Just pick the individual fruits as the time comes.  If a large mushroom is part of a cluster, cut it at the base with a sharp knife so you don't disturb the rest of the cluster.
