well their are secondary decomposer of wood , but yeah not as the usual wood lover you guys found . all mushrooms are saprophyte they need to eat something and clay in not full of nutrients however , maybe in microelemets which they seem to need , but not in carbon which all psilocybe need, i have found then attach to the wood and there is always buried wood or rots,i have found one attach to a pine cone, etc, so they are wood lover but i guess they need some decomposition of the wood first , so they act as secondary or Tertiary decomposers

Oh so sweet Mexican myco fotos!

Well, the whole world is filled with speculation The whole wide world which people say is round They will tear your mind away from contemplation They will jump on your misfortune when you're down Ain't talkin', just walkin' Eatin' hog eyed grease in a hog eyed town. Fascinating mushroom, Roger Heim noticed better indoor results with zapotecorum when fruiting it under water ! (a few cm of water over the substrate)
