Mushrooms in my back yard?

Habitat:
I found it growing in my backyard, after some pretty constant rain. It wasn't near anything rotting. And i have dogs soo i dont know if the poo would do anything.

Gills:
light tannish, same as stem

Stem:
about 5-7 inches in length, about .5 inches in diameter, light tannish, smooth, hollow/solid, thin, etc.

Cap:
Diameter, light tannish with little brown spots, bumpy, spherical, con

Bruising:
not sure, some spots on the stem look like there rotting a bit.

Other information:

Appears to be a Macrolepiota, probably M. procera.
