Ya Im going to try them on sawdust blocks instead of the whole jar with a collar thing.  I like seeing mushrooms grow like they do in nature.

yes, but i still takes a few days to see anything from MS but after that it takes off. i noc'ed some yesterday afternoon with agar wedges. my last MS->WBS just hit 100% after 24 days and it was slow because it was too wet. i'm hopeing to see a few of these new jars finish in 2-3 weeks.
