you provided no useful information and the pictures arent clear enough for me to tell you what they are.

please have a look at the ID HELP threads we haved stickied here in the hunting forum.

taking a spore print, filling out a template, taking crisp photos with a digital camera on macro mode (the little flower), will get u an ID most of the time.

parts of the mushroom I need to see:
top
bottom
side
cut one in half
