Need some help Id'ing a mushroom

Can some one give me a little assistance Id'ing this one. I am having a real problem ID'ing this one from my books.

Habitat: Found growing on the ground under oak trees. These were within 24 inches of the oak tree they were growing under.

Gills: Tan, not attached

Stem: Length = 50mm , diameter = 20mm, color = white, texture = Breaks like chalk, solid, Thick

Cap: Diameter = 130mm, color = Tan, texture = smooth and dry, See Pictures

Spore print color: Skin color to light tan

Spores are 5.0-8.0x4.0-5.0 with spikes (See picture :shocked:)
Bruising: NONE

Other information: Smelled mealie like wet millet

i think not but not sure what it is.almost all russula sp.that i find have white gills.
