That plant came in really good condition for an international salvia shipping. Poking holes could help since airflow is good, but I'd be more concerned about keeping the relative humidity as high as possible - yours has a lot of recovery to do.

The temps at night fall to 69F`, at day its about 71F` (not big difference cause its in my room =]).
I guess it fine to grow salvia.

That's perfect. Salvia really has no need for fluctuations and your average is dead on.

She recovered nicely and you got new growth coming from each node. Methinks she's gonna be fine

That's just because whoever grew it had somewhat weak lighting, the distance between nodes is huge. Once it straightens out, he'll just have to stake it.

Did you start slowly poking holes into the humidity dome? since it's been 3 weeks it might be time to start doing so

Wow... All these problems with Salvia humdity... I took the humidity dome off of mine 3 days ago and I've seen no negative changes whatsoever.... I guess we shall see, but she seems to have adjusted to the humidity change quite nicely.
