Great find blew, made my crappy work day a bit less crappy!....thats my girls greatest fear...not terrorists, disease or anything like that, but of a zombie outbreak. Not the slow old school Romero zombies, but the new Land of the Dead, superfast and aware zombies!

It was a bunch of solid info on zombie information, with links to zombie movies and such. Very official looking.
Then the last 2 pages were a form you could fill out, also very official looking, that would be used in the event of an outbreak.
I'm sure the file will turn up somewhere... if not, I'll try and pull it from my work computer's cache and re-post.

Someone post!

The form listed various symptoms you could check off to report someone as a zombie... one was "Killed and ate a fellow employee ___________________" (list employee name and ID)
And ways to report how you killed the zombie... chainsaw, etc.

All VERY official looking.

Here it is!
Thankfully when I open up a pdf it saves it to my desktop. Otherwise I might have lost it.
Enjoy!

Phase 3 of the exercise will cover important operational topics such as: Proper hygiene during an outbreak; Most effective hiding places and refuges should you encounter zombies at home; How to properly process and route inarticulate zombie-calls to avoid being accused of failing to adequately support infected UF faculty, staff, and students; Situational work practices such as covering windows, barricading doors, and distinguishing between zombie moans and other moaning encountered in the workplace; Dispelling myths. For example, contrary to Lawrence (2007),8 garlic will not stop true zombies, only vampires; and zombies do come out during the day, though they are most active a night because they typically do not like sunlight; Policies and procedures for dispatching an infected co-worker.9
