Just found this delicious looking chicken this morning. Funny how it tastes exactly like rotissery chicken. Anyone got any special recipes they can reccomend? My first time cooking a chicken, Actualy the first one i found that hasnt been eaten up by hundreds of bugs, this one was perfect and tender!

slice into strips, egg, bread and fry is a good one, or slice into strips, saute then hit with marsala wine until the wine starts to carmelize, then finish with butter, serve over pasta is another. nice find

Just ate half of it, for time sake, i actualy just chopped it up and diced onions with garlic and tossed into a pan with lots of butter, blackened the tips and added rice, with some herbs. That was delicious, i could picture this going well with stir-fry or other chinese dishes.

If the bottom is yellow it's Laetiporus sulfurus; white, it's L. cincinnatus.
