i also want to add coffee and verm. (maybe a qt each??) would this be enough for 3-4inch of substrate in that tub(64qt) or do you think ill just need one brick of coir..
also, would it be a good idea ti add some gypsum? maybe like 1.5/cup..or is that way too much
thanks

How much does a brick weigh? The gypsum sounds good maybe only a cup though

I use 1 brick coir, 2 qts verm, 1 qt coffee, cup of gypsum in my 54 quart tubs for a depth of 4".
2 bricks might be a little much. I would go for a brick and a quarter to a brick and a half.

I've been to starbucks a few times and they are always out of grounds when I get there.
Damn hippy town.
Anyway, I bought a big ass tin of coffee from Food Lion and just throw about a quart into a big as pot of water and boil for about 10 minutes. Strain it, and mix it in with the coir and verm.
If you cannot get a hold of a free bag from starbucks I recommend doing it this way rather than sitting there making pot after pot of coffee.
