How do my cakes look? Not sure if they're okay. First grow!

I dunked 3 of my 4 remaining cakes yesterday.  2 of them developed green mold while in the jars, and i threw them out.

The cakes below started pinning in the jars, so i took them out to birth yesterday.  They were fairly white, although i'm not sure they were 100% colonized, as you could see the chunks of substrate rather clearly in mycelium.

So anyways, i took them out of the water today, and noticed that they all have a slight blue tinge.  I'm not even sure if it's blue or if it' s just the lighting in the room but, i'm a bit worried.

My iphone camera sucks, but here are some pics.  I already rolled them in verm, so i'm taking my chances, but what do you think?

They weren't stinky, they all had that "fresh mushroom smell", and this is my first grow, so i'm really not sure what to think.
