They are in a storage unit. I'm moving right now. I'll get them soon. I didnt throw them away, cause we were at a storage unit, and I didn't want to drive with it or throw it in their trash can.

There was no mycelium only worms. I have had success with thousands of pf jars and some bulk trays with casings. I used micropore during the steaming, 90 mins, then applied fresh micropore after innoc.

i would assume that you could have more than
1 "strain" in the jar and it will still fruit fine
or maybe the will compete for nutes as well
i dint know just a guess:shrug:

These are BRF cake Jars? Or grain?
I have had same problems using Wheat grain, came down to not enough sterilization time. If its BRF  up your you steaming time and make sure you have tight lid on your pot. The other thing that could help is baking your BRF and Verm.. for 30 min at 350F before you mix.

They have a high nutritional content. If eating maggots makes you feel squeamish, try roasting them and then grind them up. Put the resulting powder into a broth with some bullion, (I prefer beef). This way you get the protein and don't "realize" your eating maggots. Works for me.

P.S. Bake that shit for 30 minutes before you grind into flour! (Sometimes that kind of foodstuff is contaminated in the store.)

you guys wanna know what it ooks like.. heres a worm tek

- go to mcdonalds and get a double cheese burger

- go home an dispose of all but the hamburger patties

- load the beef into a jar with inoculation holes punched in the top

- leave jar in the dirtiest area of your house preferably outside near a pile of dog shit or garbage container.

- wait

- look in jar in 4-5 days. notice slimey gooey bacterial looking stuff--

-look harder ... notice the movment... success!!! the small 'worms' or maggots will be happy as can be crawling around eating a delicious meal.

results may vary depending on what kind of fly eggs are layed.

i stopped reading after go to mcdonalds
