found in my yard



just making sure im right, kinda new to this whole mushroom hunting/identifying but it really fun

Crush the base of the stem and give it a good smell. Should smell tasty and not like chemicals or ink. Wait for a TI.

i have some other species i found that are being spore printed, i want to start identifying the LBMs in my area.

but only a.arvensis has white gills at first then grayish to blackish-brown

a campestris gills start out pink and then go redish then to a blackish-brown

i was only refering to the diferances in young specimens of the agaricus sp. we think it may be thats all.sorry for any confusion
