Flashbacks, and tons of other qeustions.

First of all, I am new here and I am was not sure where to put this subject, but here goes.
I tried shrooms for the first time about two days ago. I had a full dose (which is what, like 3 gs?) and I kinda just jumped right into it.. I am a small girl, and I know I should not have done that. It hit me very quickly, and in the beginning I was freaking out, asking for milk.. It was the scariest thing I had ever been through in my life. I could go on forever about my trip, and how much I learned, but let me just sum it up.
I did too much, got very strong hallucinations, got scared in the beginning, thought this was going to last forever. It all got better when my boyfriend took me home. I was still tripping big time, but I wasn't scared AT ALL and I enjoyed this a lot. Rainbows, everywhere. Amazing.
Unfortunately, the rest of the day I was very depressed and I didn't know how to be me anymore. I cried all the time.
Finally, I went to sleep peacefully and felt much better in the morning, like I wanted to do shrooms again sometime in my life.

I am also determined to find out how shrooms work. I want to figure out long term affects.. I am researching serotonin thoroughly, but I have some questions, and I'll probably have a lot more as time goes on.

How much psilocin is in a dose of shrooms?
How does your body fight the psilocin, if at all? Does it create more serotonin?
HOW do your pupils dilate? And why?

Last night, I was tried and went to sleep feeling fine. The trip had been on my mind a lot yesterday, but I was happy. When I'd start to fall asleep, I would think I was on the drug again. I snapped out of it and remembered I was not on it, but I still saw some visuals. That scared me. I expected my pupils to be huge, thankfully they were not. I kept trying to sleep, but everytime I started to think I was on the drug again, and I had to talk myself out of it and train myself.
Was this a flashback? Why was this happening?

Also, I've felt like I had a slightly different personality today.
I really want to know what happens to the levels on serotonin after psilcin is replaced by it for hours.

If anyone wants to talk, or know about my trip, I'd really like to discuss it.. I really think it was life changing.. Perhaps someone can kinda help me get through some stuff.

-Also, the reason the idea of a flashback scares me so much is because during my bad trip, I told myself "This is not going to end, it will always stay with me in little bits"

Well I can answer a few questions, each shroom has a diffrent amount of psicolin, so there's no way to really pin potency of strain. Also the feeling diffrent about yourself probably is a result from your ego dissolving, read some other high level trip reports on the site and you can compare to them. And lastly did you feel your trip was very spiritual or not so much?

A small portion of it was.. I just felt like I was hopeful and was going to get through this, and I loved my boyfriend so much. I saw our future or something. I knew what he was thinking and was going to saw all the time. I was so wise.

I don't know anything about a average amount of psicolin but you can always research any drug at erowid.com. When you ego dissolves it's could be a good thing as in it helps you overcome hardships and makes you a better person or it could be bad and just plain terrifying, it's really what you get out of it. But from what I see your the type of person who would like reading all about stuff on erowid cause they have a lot of information.

I dont believe in flashbacks.  I tripped on acid where i thought i was never going to come back, but all I had was occasional visuals, even years later, but not tripping.
