Thanks for taking the time to help me out.
I injected 10 brf jars with B+ in my DIY glove box. Used alcohol on everything and used the lighter till needle was red hot between every jar.
Are these contaminated? I just need to get your trusted opinions.

Those jars are contaminated. Sterilize them, chuck the content and start over

I sterilize by boiling the closed jars for 30 minutes? That's a full on boil right?
What the hell could I have done wrong? I stored the syringes in a cool dark place. I followed everything to a "T". Could the syringe have been contaminated?
Thanks for the input ABC..

very contaminated:(
It's reccomended to buy a pressure cooker, and to sterilize at 15psi for at least an hour.
Also make sure your glove-box and storage area has been cleaned. Glove-boxes cleaned with soapy water, room can be sprayed down with rubbing alcohol.
Don't get discouraged, keep learning!

Unfortunately boiling for 30 minutes won't come close to sterilizing them. You need to get them hot, like 250 degrees for 60 minutes, and doing it under pressure helps. Obviously the best way to do that is pressure cook them.
Aslo, just note that the inocculation process is only one of several times you could have contaminated them.
On top of all this, yes, the syringes could have been contaminated.

Thanks.
A little irritated but will try again soon. 2 more syringes left.
Pressure cooker. Funny. When I was at Wal-Mart getting more jars, the pressure cookers were right next to them...It is meant to be........

yeah, they keep them next to it because mason jars are used for all types of sauces and foods which need to be sterilized to keep them fresh.

I would grab one if you can afford the $60. Its a good investment and the $60 one can hold 7 jars at a time.
