Sounds like if this is the only one of four jars to colonize you have other things to worry about. Where did you get your spores from? Did you use a pressure cooker? What temperature were they kept at and did you make sure to rinse off your dry verm layer in running water well before dunking and rolling?

maybe the others arent colonized yet and that one just colonized faster because it was a contam colonizing the cake instead of shroom myc.:shrug:  contams grow much faster...how long ago did you inoculate your jars?

soaking in the bleach is a good idea, also i don't know if you had but i put a little h2o2 in the perilite/hydroton in the bottom of the fruiting chamber to help control that shit. and if that doesn't help, bring back the landing strip.
