Hey dude...
You're probablly going to get banned because you're 13, but let me tell you... painkillers are for pain... You seem to have a healthy view of drug usage, but you need to understand that it's usually better to call your mom than it is to take an opioid.
Also, you know how little kids in daycare centers sleep with their butts sticking up in the air? that body position releases endorphins. Follow it with a stretch contracting all the muscles in your back (cobra position) and you should feel better almost immediately.
