Can you help me reemember this old 1970's movie PLEASE?

Ok there is this old 1970s movie were everyone lives in a dome and no one is allowed out.

Everyone in the dome is under 30 years old

if you get over 30 years old you go into CARACEL and the ones over 30 float up and get killed

but they believe they are reborn the next day as youth again.

The youthful leader of this cityplace gets sent on a mission to find out how some people are escapeing.

Everyone has a red gem on their hand and if they are over 30 their gem starts to glow.

so they make his gem glow.

but he ends up fearing for his life and escapes the dome with some girl


and then near the end of the movie they find the Lincoln memorial with vines growing up it and treese everywere!!!


HELP PLEASE@!

also in family guy brian is running from some guys hiding and he has a glowing beeping gem on his hand and FAMILY GUY IS MAKING FUN OF THIS MOVIE WHAT IS IT!

LOGANS RUN.
I loved this movie when I saw it.I was 12 and I saw it with my brother 12 times at the theater.The last part when they are at the cemented water gardens was filmed at the Fort Worth Texas water gardens! My home town!It was the first movie to use holograms also,they look so simplistic but it was a milestone in technology at the time(the part where he is being scanned and the hologram keeps repeating "there is NO sanctuary" and the rotating cylinders have his head on them in 3D).

The gem in the hand is red,and when they turn 30 it starts to pulsate.Near the end the crystal in the hands of the lead characters has turned white/clear.
