Weilii Confirmation Please!

Hello,

After reading this site and educating myself for nearly a year, I feel as though I am ready for my first post!  Thank you in advance for your replies.  I picked this in a suburb northwest of Atlanta yesterday morning...



Habitat:
Picked in a neighborhood in pine needles/mulch, bordering bermuda grass lawn.

Gills:
brown, attached,

Stem:
1.75" in length, 1/8" in diameter, brownish, smooth, appears to be hollow but hard to determine

Cap:
1.75" diameter, brown to light brown, smooth, spherical with a small point in the center.

Spore print color:
Appears to be a dark shade of purple

Bruising:
Cap appears to bruise blue, stem appears to bruise slightly darker.

Other information:
Smells rather musty

seems a little dark for a 1.75 inch cap but i am 99.9% sure thats a psilocybe weilii, and i pick about 10 a day.

Thanks for the replies panaeolus and weiliiinmyyard...think I'll go back to the same area today and try to find more.  I'll take some pics before picking and maybe that will help with a solid ID.

I went back to the same place yesterday and found some more that came up.  I didn't make it out until early evening, so they aren't quite as fresh as they could have been.  The second pic shows the spore stain of a couple, but they all showed the same color.  The description is nearly the same as the first post, with some variation in size.

.75"-5" in length, 1/8"-1/4" in diameter, brownish, smooth, appears to be hollow but hard to determine

Cap:
1"-3.5" diameter, brown to light brown to very light brown, smooth, spherical with a small point in the center.

Spore print color:
Appears to be a dark shade of purple

Bruising:
Cap appears to bruise blue, stem appears to bruise slightly darker.

Other information:
Smells rather musty
