Yea discard the skin for sure... and try to eat mostly the greenest plant material. My first pedro experience i ate straight dried cactus, it was an amazing experience but I did end up vomiting about 5 hours in, not to mention i tripped for 18+ hours.... :slomo:

Although it can be hard to eat, escpecially for some, as it can bring up a gag reflex fairly easily, but the experience that will come is rewarding....

the trick is to break the chips into pill sized pieces and swallow with water just like pills
