i have bein finding them also but i only eat the redish orange or the orangeish yellow ones

Are the younger ones yellow? Without the annulus, i wouldnt feel 100% calling it A. amerimuscaria..

The younger one is yellow with orange around the center, if I let the smaller one go it would have an annulus by now seeing the gills are still covered on the smaller one.

I would say it is likely to be what you think it is. by eating a mushroom that you are not 100% about, you are gambling with your life. the mushroom in your pics looks really weathered and/or shitty camera pics. if you have access to a microscope at school or wherever you should try to collect a spore sample. you should never identify a mushroom by it's stem alone.
