Just one that I noticed very early in the morning, but could have missed others that thawed before like 7 or 8am.

GIven that we're due several days of hard frost, I think the season is drawing to a close for this year.  So how did everybody do?  I found unbelievable quantities this year and am sitting on close to a pound (dried!!) It seemed like every field I visited within 20 miles of home was just stuffed to bursting with little magic friends.  It certainly made up for the slow start.:crazy2:

There is no way you have a pound dried? Thats's 453 grams is it not?

I have about 50g dried and I think that's a lot.

I know what you mean, I've got a jar full of Psilocybe moravica that I'm considering eating - but definitely not until I get my life sorted out.

yea i agree, if im depressed or in a bad mood id never take any mushies, they work in mysterious ways and for me, the setting is extremely important in how your trip goes

i once took psilocybe tampanensis and had a very mild buzz, 12 hours later me and a friend were laughing hysterically at something on tv, suddenly, probably due to being in such a great mood (more than definately because the psilocybe was starting to take its affect properly)the most intense body rushes began to happen with uncontrollable bursts of laughter. then, i turned intowhat can only be described as a spastic, drooling like mad from the mouth, my arms and fingers curled up and had very little movement in them, almost paralised. then towards the end of the trip i lay in bed and closed my eyes and could see what i can only describe as space like objects, shooting stars passing, big bright colours in the sky, and strangely, kept seeing black mens faces zooming toward my vision, one of the most amazing and spiritual times ive had wit the pointed cap  :psychsplit:

and to cut a long story short lol thats what kinda buzz ya get off them if your in a fantastic mood,im with ya lads

I know, a bit vulgar isn't it?  They're not all mine unfortunately - I have racks set up in my shed for drying them so that's the total harvest for myself and 3 mates. Between us we picked nearly every day for close to a month. Usually combine our hauls and make up a load of blue honey to enjoy all year. I have to say - last year I got around 30 shrooms TOTAL but this year provided the most obscene amount of fungus I've ever seen.  It's not accuratley weighed but there are definitely a couple hundred grams - maybe a pound is stretching it a bit. But it's s sh*tload in anyone's book!
