Probable cause to search vehicle after a visit from police at home?

So police came to my home the other night stating they had an anonymous tip from a neighbor that drugs may be sold here because of XYZ. Police leave after I speak with them and no further action was taken. I took down my grow today and all I have left are empty spent spawn bags, some partially colonized substrate bags and some colonized LC jars.
So here is the big question. Assuming the police are now watching my home, do they have probable cause to pull my vehicle over and conduct a search simply because I put something in my trunk? In other words, does the initial contact with the police circumvent my right to refuse a search and permit a search anyway? I ask because I need to move what's left of my grow.
Thanks for any insight.

Sometimes. If they think you are growing drugs and you leave with a bunch of bags of stuff, they can pull you over and check your stuff.
The standard of evidence for pulling someone over and searching is probable cause. Do they have probable cause? I don't know. Only a judge can say for sure. It seems to hinge on XYZ. Is XYZ suspicious enough to make it more likely than not that you have drugs?
Leaving with a bunch of bags of stuff would be pretty much what they are looking for. Give some bags of clothes or something to a friend and some bags or dirt/bagged plants to another friend and see what happens.
If you get pulled over for a traffic violation in route, they are watching real close. If not, they are not watching so closely.

They absolutely cannot pull you over and search without a search warrant, that is circumvented by saying you failed to signal, failed to maintain lane, etc... any motor vehicle violation they want. You then still have the right to deny them the right to search your car, at that point they will call in a dog and go around your vehicle and I know they give that damn dog some type of signal to alert thus opening probable cause to search your car.
If you have a fireplace or a grill I suggest burning everything.

if you want to move your stuff, here is what you do,
at most there is one or 2 cops in a single car wathing your location, they may also be monitoring your internet activity, phone, or credit/bank accounts.
so what you need to do, is make them think that you are about to make a big deal, and move everything at once.
late at night, load a bunch of empty boxes into your car while wearing a black hoodie, and a black ski cap, look as suspicious as you possibly can, then go back inside, switch clothes with someone else who kind of looks like you, and have them run into the car in a hurry and drive the fuck off, have them break a few traffic laws to draw attention, and give probable cause.
then, while the cops are chasing after your decoy, jump the neighbors fence with your shit in a backpack, calmly walk to your friends car (who is now speeding away with the decoy car)
even if the cops are smart it will take them about 5-10 minutes after pulling over the decoy to even consider the possibility that you are speeding off in said friends car.
the ol' switcheroo.
furthermore, if they really think that you are a big dealer, they might be watching your internet activities, and or tapping your phone, i would make several calls informing people of your intentions to drive off with all of your incriminating things to some fictional place.
flush mis-information through the pipeline and see where it comes out... draw further attention to your fake smuggling run, hell even rent a storage space in your name and pay for it with your credit card over the phone.
Throw up as many flags that say " IM MOVING EVERYTHING, AND MAKING THIS HUGE DEAL AT THIS PLACE, AT THIS TIME", as possible, and they will believe it, all the while thinking how dumb you are.

Of course they can. The police can do whatever they want. Will it stand up in court? Hard to say, but to claim that the police can't do something, including breaking the law, is silly.
Assuming that they are watching you and want to do a search on your car... they will pull you over and claim that you made an illegal lane change, or were driving erratic, or didn't use a turn signal, or made a wide turn, etc. Once pulled over, they will claim you were combative, or that they smelled marijuana smoke, or that your speech was slurred, or any other bogus charge they want to make up. They will bring a dog in to walk around the car. The dog, will alert, regardless of there being anything in the car or not. Now they can "legally" search. In court, it is the word of an experience police officer that risks his life day after day to protect the public against the word of some spoiled snot nosed kid that had drugs in his car. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know which side the courts are going to support.

1. NEVER OPEN THE DOOR.
2. NEVER FUCKING OPEN THE DOOR! LET THEM KICK IT IN. If they have enough evidence to bust you THEY'LL HAVE A WARRANT. No need to sit there and question you.
This is from the 2nd volume of "Never Get Busted Again". I'd advise everyone on these boards to make it your new bible.
