you can buy powdered root bark fairly cheap and extract it yourself. From 100g of root bark you can expect something like this
i dont know how much is there, i put it on my scales that only measure grams and it flicks between 1 and 2 so i guess have atleast 1g.
The extraction took 24 hours extract than a day to dry the crystals.
Use an STB extraction, quick simple and easyu
for 100g rootbark
800ml water 100g sodium hydroxide 150ml naptha
Mix sodium hydroxide into the water slowlly, add powdered rootbark and mix wel. lid on give it a good shake and leave for 3 hours.
Add naptha, then lid on and rol lthe jar around for a few minutes, leave to settle, repeat twice then remove the solvent layer after it has seperated (turkey baster)
You can use a few different things for collecting the dmt from your solvent, my fav is freeze precipitation. Put your solvent in a container that cant be sealed shut. I use 1/2 pint jars, Stick it in the coldest freezer you have and 12 hours later, pour all the solvent off (save it for next extraction) and leave the jar upside down to further dry. Once all the solvent has gone you can dry your crystals with a fan.

I don't know why everyone is being so discouraging. It's very likely you could find a DMT containing plant in your area.
Not every plant has been studied, and not every part of every plant has been worked up and run through gc/ms either. Plants often make different chemicals at different times of the year, in different amounts, and in different parts of the plant.
I'm pretty sure the roots of the pink puffy flower tree, albizia julibrissin, haven't ever been studied. Who knows what alkaloids could be present.
These kinds of trees are well known for producing many varieties of interesting chemicals. There is a tree native to texas, acacia berlandieri, that contains dmt, mescaline and five amphetamines previously thought only to have been man made chemicals.
Be careful, fabaceaes often produce toxins as well.
There is also an american plant called desmanthus reported to contain a high concentration of DMT in its roots.
