Trading Spores to States where it is illegal to do so

Recently I was asked to send a print to a state where it is illegal. How reasonable is my paranoia? I realize no return address and a random drop off would solve my concerns. Anyone ever have any problems or any other suggestions regarding safeguards?

It is illegal. Don't do it.
(Although if someone is able to get a PO box in a neighboring state they probably won't have too much trouble crossing the "border".)
Very difficult to say, but if ya check the search engine you will probably find quite a few posts that may have relevant information. Prints are easier to conceal than syringes.

Not very reasonable.
In most states where spores are illegal its a misdemeanor to have them, and its very unlikely they would prosecute someone from another state for a misdemeanor like that.
Also I have never heard of anyone getting in trouble for having psilocybin mushroom spores, even in the states where they are not allowed.
In some states where they are illegal (CA for instance) they are only illegal if they are intended for use in cultivation.
Conspiracy to manufacture psilocybin mushrooms is illegal in all 50 states, and its a serious felony. I would be much more worried about sending a print to a state where spores are legal, then the person asks for some cultivation advice, you help out and all of a sudden you are guilty of a serious crime that they may actually travel across state lines to pursue. Though I have never heard of anyone getting busted that way either.
In summary, trading seems like a very dangerous thing to do for a beginner, however people who have been in the mushroom community for a long time consider it very safe. I have never heard of any trading-related legal problems. Legal issues usually come about because you distribute mushrooms you grew and someone gets busted with them, or the police were in your place for another reason and noticed them.

its nice to hear that you dont know of anyone who got in trouble through trading on this site.
as soon as the market place opened up for me, i started trading. latley i have started to feel like i trade too much. almost everytime its a new person. i check to see if they have been here for a while etc but it still worries me.
meanwhile as far as sending spores to states where they are illegal... i think this site will ban you for doing it openley. personally i would not do it in almost all cases. not worth the risk no matter how small it maybe. but i would never accept something from somebody then say, ooops didnt realize you were in CA, sorry! im going to keep what you sent me. at least send what they sent you back
anyone know of anyone on this site that got in trouble through a trade, on this site, of anytype? legal or not?

I am a potential enthusiast with intent for the illegal but I happen to live in south Georgia a state where spores are illegal I was wondering if there are any tips to how I can acquire prints or syringes for my devious activities
