Dreamcast games
    #11058453 - 09/14/09 03:21 PM (14 years, 7 months ago)

Hey anyone know of a website that still has Dreamcast games for download?  I used to have a lot of games burned; don't know what happened to that folder however.  Just PM me as I'm not sure posting sources here is allowed, if it is though post away!

Yea its just hard to seperate out the files that are meant to be used in a dreamcast emulator on the PC with the files that you burn to a cd and put into the dreamcast.  I only want games I can put into my dreamcast, though maybe the other ones will work in the dreamcast?  Im not too sure

isnt that called an iso file?

depending on the emulator putting a disk in your drive can just play it, but burning games and having them work on a system has always been tough

Not all Dreamcast models will play burned games. The later models will not with out a boot disc.I'm lucky, mine plays burned games, and I have an extensive collection.I love my Dreamcast, and the best part about it,is that it plays emulators too:grin:

Yea my Dreamcast needs a boot-disk on some games and doesn't need it on others.  I think all Dreamcast's are like this, (I mean the ones that play burned games).  As many games will advertise its self-boot or say you need a boot-disk.  Its slightly annoying needing the boot-disk but oh well.  Anyways Ive downloaded about 10 games since I posted this.  Im currently trying to beat MDK2 again
