pasta expiriment

so after reading the ramen noodle thread i decided since i got tons of posta and some leftover jars why not right?

so what i did was cooked up some nice rotini and penne for about 15 mins and they pretty much soaked up the whole pot of water and scooped them out into the jars and then pc them for a bit. i got some lc going so i decided to use that and put about 2 to 3 cc`s each into them. this was yesterday the pics are from today, i used amazonian lc if your curious

just so you guys know the white at the bottom of the big jar is the lc

will keep this updated periodically

haha, glad to inspire...  you just mixed them up the 2 types in the jars?  it would have been cool to do a penne vs rigatoni run, see which colonized fast, fruited better, etc.  I would think the rigatoni would be a better candidate, but who knows.  Curious to see results

I was working with a crazy chemistry prof my last 2 semesters in college; it was an independent study set up, he gave me credits for doing mycology work.  All i had to do was present the process, not the product, to him at the end of the quarter.  Many things he did were like this, he would show us the process but not tell us what he was really making or doing...  I later found out just about all of it was something ridiculous.  i can't remember if this is what it's even called (can't find shit about it on google) but he showed us a "soscilation" reaction?  It was like the liquid product from the reflux was further extracted, and the final product was a powder in a really fine filter.  He wouldn't tell me what he was up to at first, but when i talked to the student he had working on it, i found out they were running salvia through it and ending up with aproxamitely 775X extract...

and the rotini is whole grain from a natural food store it dosnt list ingrediants but it dose list nuts
