HELP FAST - Can the ENTIRE mushroom bruise??

Heres what I've got: my friend had some jars going that he ignored for a while, which began growing mature mushrooms before being birthed. He gave me two jars of them, which I birthed, picked the mature mushrooms disturbing as little mycelium as possible, and placed the cakes in an incubator.

These mushrooms were really blue, which I assumed was from growing inside the jars pressed between the jar and the cake. However, I was really paranoid about the mushrooms being contaminated, so I cut one in half to see the inside. The inside of the mushroom is COMPLETELY blue, with a small stripe of white going down the middle. It looks almost fuzzy if my eyes arent playing tricks on me, however I was wondering whether you guys think that it is a contam or my entire mushroom is bruised throughout.

I've never grown mushrooms before, and admittedly don't know everything I should before posting here, but I consider this an emergency because this is the last night I will have available to trip for a while, and I probably wont be able to get shrooms for months, so if you can help please do so quickly. I'm trying to get my camera working, so there should be pictures soon.

hmm ive seen a totally bruised shroom but anything fuzzy wuzzy in the middle id be suspicious of. dont eat it.

I've had shrooms that are bruised all the way though. I wouldn't worry about it if they smell ok and everything else looks ok.
