Just went to a place with horse and took some aged hpoo in a big pile.

I wondering If i took the right thing, cus there were a few plant growing on top of the pile, there is some rock too and other stuff maybe. Is that still good ? how to I clean/prepare it ? and How can i store it, never used poo before...

I wouldn't use it if there's a lot of gravel and other debris in it.  It should just be dried clumps of horse poop.  It's going to naturally contain a lot of straw, but that's a good thing.

Before you pasteurize it, make sure it's dried out fairly well.  There should be no piss smell.  If you crumble it up and smell it, it should smell like dirt.  Pick out all of the twigs, plant matter and rocks.  All you want is what came out of the horse's ass and nothing more.

Then just shred it up and pasteurize it.

you can sift it thru a screen and hand pick out the debri.. from what i understand aged shit is the good shit.. also look for high concentrations of firefang (that white stuff in it)

i used to use a plastic one but it sweets

keep it in a dry place were rain and other shi!@ can't get to it.

the poo is already moist because it was rainy today, and I live in appartement so I cant dry it outside... Do you think that if I pasteurize All the poo in oven bag I will be able to store it for a while ? even moist ?
