Have you ever felt you deeply communicated with an animal while tripping?

I'm sure we all feel that pets can sense changes in our 'vibes' while we trip, but has anyone ever felt like they actually connected deeply with an animal while tripping?  I don't mean just an intense snuggle-fest with your dog when you feel more love than usual, I'm talking about a sense of mutual understanding with an animal, perhaps telepathically?

(Sorry, I didn't word this the greatest, not on my A game right now.)

I try to have a connection with my animals while im tripping but it doesnt rly work and i realize that they are still animals, then you jsut start petting them like crazy and its good timez.  I think the best connections I've had are exchanges with wild animals and nature in general

at one time we had a huge fish tank, a pack man frog terrarium with exotic plants, and a baby Savannah monitor cage in one corner of our room.  we also have an awesome cat named moe.  When I was peaking, I stood in that corner and moe stood on a stool right next to me.  I swear I felt like I was in a jungle or something and moe was my animal sidekick.  I just felt like we were connected like in the op, and we were working together somehow. 

I know that doesn't make a whole lot of sense but ime more often then not, trippin doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I communicate with animals regardless of whether or not I have ingested a hallucinogen. taking a psychedelic definitely enhances this ability though. its cool to stare into another animal's eyes and look into its soul.

I am pretty understanding of some animals while sober, particularly cats.
Cats try their best to talk to you, especially the more talkative types like siamese. Essentially, they will make noises at you while trying to project their thoughts at you as best as they can...it's not really telepathic, it's just them trying as hard as they can to communicate with you. If you use contextual clues, and are just good at reading energy, you can get the jist of what they are trying to say, for the most part.

As much as I've tripped around cats and dogs, I've never really had a deep "communication" with them, but I've definitely understood how they were feeling a lot better, at the very least.






  One time though, I did have a really deep communication with a horse. It was bizarre. It wasn't a "telepathic conversation" per se, but it was something kinda similar...

  I was coming up on a pretty light dose of :cactuar:. In fact, it was so subtle, especially at that point, that I really wasn't expecting much at all from the experience, and at the time I really didn't think I was feeling much...

  There was a horse in a stall, a particularly big and bad horse...he seemed kinda pissed to be locked up. His hormones were probably running wild for one thing, or at least that's what my friend said. I just stood there staring at him. He seemed to notice something different about me. In his eyes I could see that he had something to say, so I continued to stand there. The directness in which I was feeling his energy and presence was getting pretty intense. It was like being face to face with a giant alien, and that aspect of it was definitely intense.

  So I just kept standing there, halfway expecting him to start projecting his thoughts into my mind or something like that, but that's not how it happened.  He kept turning his face to the side and making faces; faces of rage. At first I almost thought he was directing his rage towards me, but he really wasn't, he was trying to show me something. The faces he was making were sort of like textbook symbols, archetypes almost. At one point, he turned his face to the side and held a pose of rage for enough time for me to see that his face (the way he was making it) was like an aerial view of Earth. It was raging. I didn't quite get it at first but it all came to me very clearly later.

  I can't remember it all very well at the moment, but somehow or another it came to me that perhaps it was actually the horses in trapped in the stalls that were really the ones doing the ranching. Not necessarily that they are intelligently aware of this, but that it is consciousness that is the true master (of course). It defies explanation, so of course it is impossible to explain. There were many more significant themes that occurred throughout that night that I've been meaning to do a write-up on for months. Somehow it also seemed that perhaps the "three wise men" of the bible were actually the animals that the three men were riding on (again, consciousness), and I also came to understand the truest essence of Paganism; there are many gods, but they are only archetypes -- It is all one, and yet somehow everything is archetypes and symbols.
    I can't remember it all too well right now; I should try to do a proper recap of that night. Interestingly, 3 years before that night, the last time that I smoked Salvia, after i came to, my friend said that while I was under I kept rambling about a kitchen sink, which had NOTHING to do with my experience, and it was finally on that night, that I experienced what the hell I was rambling about a kitchen sink about. I will have to do a proper writing on this, but it all had to do with Oneness and the "war" of energy. Sorry about the lack of completion to this story but I figured I'd share this much for now. :crazy2:

i've connected with cows while smoking lol.
Was in a field hunting for mushrooms and a whole bunch of cows came walking up to me and just stood their distance staring, and i store back and connected kinda.
I moooed and they mooed :o

One of my best childhood memories is me getting super blitzed during our town's fair with some friends. We snuck out in a tree line and just blazed for a few hours. Then, all of the sudden, these curious cows just started appearing. We had no idea we were near a cow field, so cows just appearing out of no where was fucking awesome. It ended with a friend trying to give the closest cow a shotty as it ran away terrified :facepalm:

Cows are goofy as shit, just look at the retarded eyes.

Yes but I feel connected to animals when I'm not tripping too. To me animals share the world around me and when I'm lucky enough to have them in my life I tend to want to take care of them. The rewards are great. It's funny how they give such unconditional love. i've heard people complain that you can treat a dog any way you want and it will still love you. To them I say that they should not treat an animal badly. When I have tripped in a former life, dogs and or cats have saved my life. They tend to know what's going on with me. And if I have loved them as I should: yes, you can have a connection.

I bonded a lot with my dog while tripping.
lol when I was tripping, i thought of him as like a visionary guide.
Always wanted to befriend a wild animal though.

I can't stand my dog when I'm tripping, I don't know why because usually I really love my dog.

But she runs around so fast, and even her normal movements are just to quick for me and it kind of irks me. Then she jumps on me and I'm too fucked to make her stop and then I'm like "you know what? outside you go!" then she goes swimming.

This is my only experience, but mabe not really because it was a group thing. And it wasnt really communicating, it was just a bizzare animal encounter while tripping.

I had drank abunch of cactus and got dosed with lucy twice about 4 hours earlier when I was sitting in pitch black in the parking lot of a trance party with a bunch of ppl I never met before. We were dinking vodka and shooting a green laser through the trees and having a jolly good time, when all of the sudden someone gets up and walks a dozen feet away and picks something up.

He comes back and tells us that we hit a worm with the laser.

He shows the five of us a maggot that is litterally glowing green.

And we ALL see it.

We ask him how the fuck he even saw that (it was glowing extremly dimly but glowing nonetheless)

We decided that we had indeed struck it with the laser.

It became too much for me to handle so I went to the dance floor for a couple hours until the sun came up and I wouldnt see anymore glowing creatures.

I was tripping down on the lakefront of Lake Michigan w/ a couple friends.

We had a blue frisbee w/ multi colored reflectors on it. I was waving it around and the flashing of the sun off the frisbee attracted a monarch butterfly that I spotted from about 20 yards.

I would signal the butterfly w/ the sun reflection and it slowly came closer. it finally, after several minutes, it was comfortable enough to come over and land on the frisbee. then I stuck my finger next to it and it crawled into my hand for a few minutes before I shooed it away.

It was a really amazing trip  :awetrippie:

this reminds me of an situation that happened at another trance party.

This dude was thrashing out on the dance floor so hardcore, then when he stopped all of the sudden, this GIANT monarch landed directly on his hand.  Everyone around him stared in awe, as did he.

Absolutely!  Believe it or not, I was tripping on 3.5 grams out in nature one afternoon,  while sitting along a riverbank, under the trees.  As I was peaking, I noticed that many birds came out of nowhere and were taking an unusual interest in what I was doing.  They kept flying back and forth, from tree to tree, over my head, singing all kinds of beautiful songs.  They seemed so happy, so cheerful.  Then I decided to do an experiment in which I would try to communicate with them telepathically.  I was already greatly moved with emotion and was weeping more deeply, out of my loneliness and pain, than I had in a long, long time.  I then decided to project love with all of my heart towards this one particular bird.  What happened next surprised me.  I literally felt like it was acknowledging me, that it could feel my pain, and that it could feel my great love and appreciation for it.  I got a very distinct, powerful sense that our spirits somehow merged very briefly, and I experienced, felt and knew it’s great love for me, and also felt that I had deeply experienced, at supernatural levels, its spirit and personality.  It was so pure and so light hearted.  I came away with the distinct sense that some birds are material mirrors of heavenly beings.
