UFOs/USOs are not from outer space. They are from an incredibly ancient species of deep sea sentients. These underwater people are far more advanced than us. Our governments probably know all about them and keep contact.

They live in the deepest parts of the oceans and have done so for a million years. They glow and have weird lights on their bodies like other deep sea creatures. They use tentacles to build stuff out of materials found in the ocean such as, whale bones, sea weeds, coral, etc. They use natural gas geysers for fuel. They are curious of what is beyond the water. The fly into the air to explore the earth from the sky. They go even further to explore space.

Interesting thoughts. I believe certain ETs have underwater bases. The Russians see a lot of UFOs coming out of one of their neighboring Seas. I don't know if I would buy your hypothesis, although whales and dolphins are an intelligent species originating in the sea :smile:.
