Thinking about buying a vaporizer

I have heard a lot of good things about vaporizers like it will stretch your weed, this is the primary reason I want one I'm thinking about spending the $200 for a Easy Vape and a nice grinder
the vape is $150 10 extra screens $5 and a grinder at $30
anyone have an Easy Vape Digital vaporizer?
are they worth the money?

ive used 2 different 3 different types myself, the bulb vape, the box style and the volcano, the volcano beat them both by leaps and bounds.

i have one in the same style as the easy vape, its under my bed and i just use my pipes. It works, but IMO if you dont go volcano its not worth it. I can never hit my sweetspot with the box ones.

I have one and I say it's definitely worth the money! You don't need a volcano, the easy vape digital vaporizers are great! I was surprised by how much it stretches my weed

Iolite is a portable alternative to the volcano, volcano still beats it though but the iolite is pretty good. black version too now.

i'm currently reading reviews on that iolite. it looks rather intriguing.
one dude on grasscity recommended putting it in an empty soda cup and just puffing on it like you're sipping from a straw while in public. that seems totally feasible looking at the design. very interesting.

Come over to Fuck Combustion niteowl, we're all dedicated vaporist, if you read all our information and chat with us you will get a great vaporizer, I personally have owned 11 seperate vaporizers. You DONT need a Volcano, it is NOT the best vaporizer. It IS the best bag filler (I and many others hate bags, direct draw is where it's at), but is very overpriced.
Don't get the Easy Vape, end of story.
In the $150-$200 range look at
For whips (all ~$150): Vaporwarez Vaporcannon Vaporbrothers Da Buddha
For bags, look no further then the Extreme for $300... does whips and bags, digital... even has a remote.
...and if you can handle the 2-3 month wait list while Tom builds them, the Purple Days for $180 is in a league of its own.
I my Purple Days

They're getting pretty popular here in the UK, and yes you cant smell hardly anything from them, most people think they are a new drink or something. People report using them in cinemas/trains with no problems at all, the smell is different to burning.
The only real problem with it is that you cant alter the temperature, so you have to collect the 'vapo poop' and run it through a volcano at a higher temp.

I glanced over the most important part in your post.
Quote:
ike it will stretch your weed, this is the primary reason I want one
Get a Purple Days, it's bowl is 0.025g (2-4 thick vapor hits) and gets you absolutely baked... I have 2-3 bowls (less then 0.1g) at night and I'm gooonnnnnnne.
It's got no temp control, runs at a perfect vape temp (somewhere around 190 degrees C), never scorches/combusts but at the same time always gives you thick vapor clouds... simply inhale and tada. Built like an absolute brick, easily the strongest vaporizer on the market and the makers Tom/Pam are awesome and offer a solid 3 year warranty.
Here's the thread, all 3700 posts/150 pages of praise and discussions with the inventor/maker.
http://fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=48
I can not put my support behind this product enough, handmade by 1 old man... its just brilliant.

I did a lot of research before buying - the Volcano gets the best reviews hands down BUT its over 500 bucks (think the digital one is over 700) , which I just could NOT do, seemed silly to spend that much. Ended up with the Silver Surfer - SPECTACULAR. 250 bucks. Amazingly well constructed. Comes with well made carrying case. All the parts are quality. Quick warm up = 4 min. The wand is angled UP (which was a big selling point for me) so you never have to worry about spilling weed. You really don't need a digital readout because this is not an exact science. You will figure out good spots on the knob pretty quickly (so to speak). I do think you need adjustable temp though because different grass seems to like different temps.

Arizer Extreme V-tower:
Comes with bags and whips, heats up in about 1 min. Has a digital read out, 3 fan speeds, a remote, and also has a oil boil (you can vape hash oil or whatever). I picked mine up in Toronto and paid $220 brand new. You can get them online for $280.

Can anyone please explain to me why volcano is the best?
My friend has this cheap vaporizer. With a tube that you hit from. Works fine.
And the idea of hitting from a huge plastic bag turns me away

What changed your mind since this post???

I have heard that you can still get high from vaped weed. If this is true then I will never purchase one.
They look and sound like a huge waste of $$$$ IMO
I've got the "Vapir Vape One" digital vaproizer and I realy like it. It cost me like $100 used and it works really good.

This is NOT true! Vaporizeing weed still smells like burning weed! It's not as strong as smoking weed, but it still smells like weed.
If you tried to vape in a movie theatre or a train other people would smell it for sure.
