How do I contact the aliens?

For Shroomism and anyone else who can help me here:

So if aliens have contacted all of us subconciously but we just can't recognize the alien contact, then how do I become aware of it? I genuinely want to make contact. Do you have any tips/excercises? Could you ask the aliens next time?

Swami, learn the basics of science please. Physics deals with objective experience that can be repeated, observed and verified. Many human experiences are SUBJECTIVE which means physics cannot address them. Indeed you are the only person so lacking in intelligence that they constantly make this elementary mistake.

I am intrested in contacting the pledians... I want to keep myself ignorant however cause i want to see how much i can experience that turns out to be true; so I dont think I'd be reading any links you provide. I dont even know what these pledians might look like.

I've had many lucid dreams but im still trying to induce a out-of-body experience or a lucid dream from the wake state (it's very weird and unknown, that state when your body is falling asleep.). I am assuming this would be the state of mind that i'd have this experience in...

Do i just ask as in an affirmation?

Physics deals with objective experience that can be repeated, observed and verified. Many human experiences are SUBJECTIVE which means physics cannot address them.
Human beings are physical creatures (hence physics applies). We are a lot more alike than different. If everyone were completely different, then religious / meditative teachings would be worthless. But the teachings say if you pray, fast, hold to certain attitudes and actions, then a blessing or understanding will occur.

Indeed you are the only person so lacking in intelligence that they constantly make this elementary mistake.
